We may be familiar with the fact that Sangharakshita has said that the act of going for refuge is what makes one a Buddhist, but what does this actually mean? How do we express Going for Refuge to the Three Jewels in our own life? How can we discover what is of most value to us, and when we have found it, surrender to it?
