Harmony is a beautiful ideal to have, but hard to achieve. When harmony is created in the Sangha, we reach a level of communication that we couldn’t reach on our own. Deeply satisfying and affirming as it is, how do we get there? On this retreat we will explore practical ways to restore and cultivate harmony, drawn from the Buddhist teachings as well as modern methods for deeper communication. We will equip ourselves to enter into the Sangha with honesty, kindness and integrity.
