A chance for local dharmacharinis to practise together. Maitrijyoti will be sharing some material from recent ‘Body of Bliss’ retreats - finding and exploring creative ways into samadhi, with an emphasis on finding pleasure and enjoyment in our meditation practice. The weekend is likely to include some Dharma input, meditation, gentle bodywork and - elements permitting - some outdoor ritual.
