Women’s Weekend Retreat at Tiratanaloka

At last! This weekend is an opportunity for us to get together and develop our ‘lovely
friendships’ in the special conditions and surroundings of Tiratanaloka. It has been quite a
long time since we last did this. If you have taken part in an Introductory and a Follow-On
course you are welcomed to attend.
During the weekend we will explore and develop spiritual friendship and community
through meditation, discussion, talks, movement and puja. Also the programme will be
spacious so there will be time to explore the wonderful surroundings.
