Mind's Release
A retreat for women aged 70 and over who have asked or are considering asking for Ordination.
An opportunity for inspiration and deepening commitment on the path to effective Going for Refuge and the Mind's Release as offered in Triratna.
The retreat will focus on readings from the Pali Canon, in the company of the Buddha, his disciples Meghiya, Sona and Pingiya, and our own teachers. There will be space and time for meditation, ritual and conversation as well as reflecting on how our life circumstances influence our Dharma practice, all in the beautiful spring light of Tiratanaloka.
