On this retreat we will be exploring the ten precepts from the perspective of the root out of which they are performed: the mind precepts themselves. Using study, meditation, ritual and confession practice, we will delve deeper into how our mind shapes our behaviour and our interactions with the world.
This retreat is for people who have already done the Ethics Retreat. If you have not already done an Ethics retreat with us, please contact the office before you book.
The retreat starts with a dedication ceremony at 8pm (UK time) on Friday 12 February, and ends after the groups at 1pm on Sunday 21 February.
