If you have already done an ethics retreat with us, this is a chance to come and explore the precepts further, to open more fully to 'the fragrance of the perfect life'. We will either study the 3 mind precepts in more depth or we will look in more detail at the speech precepts, if possible learning some practical ways to foster harmonious communication. We'll let you know as soon as we can which theme we'll be running.

We are hoping to hold this retreat at Tiratanaloka. If this is not possible, we will run it as an online event. We are asking you book with just a deposit at present and we will let you know the appropriate balance amount at least one month before the retreat. Please book only if you are happy to do this as a residential retreat.
