I was ordained in 2002 and moved to Tiratanaloka in November 2005, having previously lived in Colchester, Essex for around 10 years.

I feel very fortunate to be living and working here, having done my own training for ordination at Tiratanaloka and appreciating the real difference each of those retreats made to my life. I've felt a passion for spreading the Dharma unfold over the time I have been here!

At Tiratanaloka my particular responsibilities, outside of running retreats, are overseeing food for the retreats and sorting out computer-related things. We’re mostly a community of Macintosh users but I try to keep my hand in with PCs as well. I'm planning to install some voice-recognition software for myself shortly, so will be talking to my mac even more than usual.
